Carbon Peel ‚ Hollywood Facial”

A treatment that can assist with Acne, Age Spots, Pigmentation, Wrinkles & Large Pores. Known as the ‚ Hollywood Facial‚ it helps to brighten complexion and improves the overall skin texture. With the use of a Carbon Peel and Q switch laser it treats skin imperfections and promotes a smooth glowing finish.

How does the Carbon Facial work?

Applying a thin layer of Carbon Gel to the face and letting it rest for 10-15 whilst it absorbs dirt and oil in the skin. Then the face is treated with a Q-switch laser that uses short, rapid high intensity pulses that gently heat up the carbon on the skin. When the Q-switch laser absorbs the carbon from the epidermal layer of the skin it removes the bacteria, oil and dead skin cells.

How many treatments do I need?

It is recommended to space your treatments every 2-4 weeks. The more treatments that are performed creates more collagen in the skin which enables longer lasting results. However, the Carbon Facial can be performed before an event if you wish to achieve an instant, radiant complexion.

REJUV LED LIGHT THERAPY

Professional grade LED (Light Emitting Diode) light therapy facial system that provides skin rejuvenation, reduces redness, inflammation, acne, fine lines, wrinkles, rosacea and post inflammatory scarring. LED treats the following skin conditions

Red light (650 – 730 nm)

Stimulates the production of collagen. Collagen is an essential protein used to repair damaged tissue and to replace old tissue. Best for fine lines and helps to reduce large pores.

Blue light (420 – 470nm)

Bacteria in acne contain Porphyrins. Blue light kills porphyrins, making this light a monumental step for those who live with acne. Blue light also embodies calming properties, making it suitable for those with hypersensitivity.

Infrared light (760nm – 850nm)

Infrared will massage, repair and stimulate the production of collagen at a deeper level to repair damaged cells.

Green light (525 -550nm)

SKIN MICRO NEEDLING

Skin Micro-Needling is a treatment that gently penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin to repair acne scarring, collagen rebuilding, softer skin tissue and refining large pores.

How does it work?

This procedure involves using sterilized needles to prick the skin. The punctures that are created from the treatment aid the skin to heal and create elastin. It is also known as ‚ Collagen Induction Therapy‚Äù. The device is treated multiple times in the area.

How many treatments are needed?

With just one treatment alone the collagen rebuilds within 6 weeks. Depending on the areas treated some clients will need 4-6 sessions to achieve maximum results.

There may be some redness may appear immediately after treatment along with flakiness a few days after.

DERMAPLANING

Dermaplaning gently exfoliates the skin by using a blade to remove all the dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. It also assists in the removal of Vellus Hair also known as ‚ peach fuzz. Dermaplaning creates brighter, even looking skin. The treatment creates a flawless finish for your makeup application.

How does it work?

Using a disposable medical hand piece/blade tool against the skin and gently shaving the face to remove all the excess hair and dead skin cells. Using this exfoliation method enables any barriers to be removed so skincare can be better absorbed.

How often can it be performed?

Every 4-6 weeks.
